Dr. Shelby Farmer grew up in Ohio before moving to Florida, where she spent her high school and college years. A proud Double Gator, she earned both her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences, with a specialization in Equine Science and a minor in Business, and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Florida.
Dr. Farmer's professional interests include dentistry, surgery, and nutrition. She enjoys working with a variety of patients and is passionate about helping pets live healthy, happy lives.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Farmer enjoys spending time with her partner and their furry family, which includes two dogs, Finn, a Standard Poodle, and Cali, a mixed breed, as well as two cats, Baby and Ginger.
In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding, baking, cheering on the Gators, and exploring her new home in Texas. Dr. Farmer is excited to be part of the community and looks forward to meeting pets and their families.
